Our Team

Ben Brazil was the Global Head of Macquarie’s CAF Principal Finance business from its inception in January 2009 until his departure from Macquarie (announced November 2018). He became a member of its Executive Committee in 2014. Ben started employment with Macquarie in 1994 and prior to the inception of the Principal Finance business, worked with Macquarie across a range of geographies and business lines. Ben is a graduate in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland.

Hayden Jones was Head of Macquarie’s CAF Principal Finance US real estate activities from 2010-2019, based in in New York, deploying capital across all real estate asset classes and geographies within the United States. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Jones was a Global Partner and Managing Director at The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC (1999-2010). During his time at Carlyle, Mr. Jones was Head of the Acquisition Team that executed over $10bn of transactions on behalf of several Carlyle Realty Funds and various co-investment vehicles. Mr. Jones began his career at Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors in New York and is a graduate of Princeton University with a BA degree in Economics and Politics

Michael Wunderlich was the Managing Director of JR Beteiligungs Holdings AG from 2015-2021. Prior to this, Mr. Wunderlich was a Senior Partner at BC Partners, where he started as an Associate in 2001. Prior to joining BC Partners, Mr. Wunderlich worked as an Engagement Manager for Transaction Advisory Services at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Wunderlich is a graduate in Business Administration from the University of Leipzig and is a certified German tax advisor.

Andrew Gray was a Managing Director at Macquarie’s CAF Principal Finance business from 2010 to 2020, based in London. Prior to joining the Principal Finance business, Mr. Gray was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in Sydney. Mr. Gray is a graduate in Economics and Arts from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

David Light was a Managing Director at Oak Hill Advisors from 2020-2022, based in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Light was a Managing Director at Macquarie’s CAF Principal Finance business from 2011-2020. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Light was an Investment Analyst with Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Light has received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Finance from INSEAD, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Keith Page was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Investments for Pearlmark from 2018 to 2023, based in Chicago and Nashville. Previously, Mr. Page was a Senior Vice President at Macquarie’s CAF Principal Finance business from 2010 to 2018. Prior to joining the Principal Finance business, Mr. Page was an Analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Page has received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Masters in Finance from INSEAD.

Michael oversees finance, operations, investor relations, compliance and HR across FitzWalter Capital.  He was previously Chief Operating & Finance Officer at Telemos Capital, a multi-billion euro family office and before that spent 16 years at AnaCap Financial Partners as Partner and CFOO, chairing the Investment Committee as the firm grew from $300m to over $7bn in AUM. In 2022 he co-led the successful sale of AnaCap's Credit & Real Estate strategies.

Audrey Pitcher acted as Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner European Partners, LLP, a global investment management firm focussed on fundamental investing with a multi-strategy approach, from 2018 to 2022. Prior to joining Davidson Kempner, Ms Pitcher was a Senior Associate at Slaughter and May in the Restructuring and Insolvency team having joined on qualification seven years prior. She is a Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws from The College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Royal Holloway College, University of London.

Sofija Ostojic previously worked at Sumeru Equity Partners and Thoma Bravo, focusing on software and technology investments. Prior to that, she was an Analyst at Evercore in the Technology M&A group. Sofija attended Western University, graduating with a degree in Honors Business Administration from Ivey Business School.

Enrico Donisi was a Vice President at Stellex Capital Management from 2019 to 2026, based in London. Prior to joining Stellex Capital Management, Mr. Donisi was an Associate at PJT Partners and before that an Analyst at Citigroup, both based in London. Mr. Donisi holds a MSc. in Finance from Bocconi University and is a graduate in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan.

Joseph Brough previously worked at AnaCap Financial Partners where he managed all financial reporting and financial control aspects for its open-ended listed Fund. Prior to joining AnaCap, Mr. Brough was a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Blick Rothenberg LLP, where he became a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Brough is a graduate from the University of Nottingham with a BSc degree in Mathematics and Statistics.

Will Rawlinson was a Senior Associate at A&O Shearman in the Restructuring and Insolvency team having joined on qualification six years prior. During this period, Mr Rawlinson completed a secondment as Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner European Partners, LLP, a global investment management firm, from November 2021 to September 2022. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School and the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law, Moorgate. Mr Rawlinson is a graduate of Durham University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Frances Lee-Barber was an Investment Professional at 3i Group from 2018-2021, based in London. Ms Lee-Barber holds a MPhil and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Ivan Yang was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Special Situations / Hybrid Investing team, based in London. Prior to this, Mr. Yang was in Goldman’s FIG Investment Banking team in Sydney. Mr. Yang is a graduate in Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney and has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Isobel Hepsworth was an Associate at Oaktree Capital Management from 2022 to 2024, based in London. Prior to joining Oaktree, Ms. Hepsworth worked at DC Advisory and Houlihan Lokey. Ms. Hepsworth is a graduate of Columbia University with a BA degree in History and Business Management.

Andrew Kolosov was an Associate in the Hybrid Value team at Apollo Global Management from 2022 to 2025, based in London. Prior to this, Mr. Kolosov worked in the Industrials investment team at Temasek International in Singapore from 2017 to 2022. Mr. Kolosov is a graduate in Economics and Business from University College London, and holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.

Martin Schießl was a Senior Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital from 2020-2024, based in Hamburg. Prior to this, Mr. Schießl was a Consultant at Fortlane Partners in Munich, advising primarily Private Equity clients. Mr. Schießl is a graduate in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and holds an MBA from HEC Paris.

Johnny Le was an Investment Professional at Cyrus Capital from 2021 to 2025, based in New York. Mr. Le graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Statistics and Data Science.

Annabel Li was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore Partners in the Restructuring & Debt Advisory group in New York. Ms. Li is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management and Minors in Math and Philosophy.

Connor Meany was an Analyst at Blackstone Credit in New York. Mr. Meany is a graduate of Stanford University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Computer Science.

Lisa Huang was an Investment Professional at Permira’s Private Equity team in New York. Prior to joining Permira, Ms. Huang was an Analyst at Evercore’s Restructuring group in New York. Ms. Huang is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. degree in Finance and a M.S.E. degree in Data Science. 

Michael Li was an Analyst in the Diversified Industrials team at J.P. Morgan from 2024 to 2026 in London. Prior to this, Mr. Li completed an Off-Cyle internship at KKR’s Infrastructure Equity team. Mr. Li graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath, and holds an MSc in Financial Analysis from London Business School.

Jonathan Cohen was a Group Financial Accountant at Camelot Group from 2018 to 2022, where he became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Nottingham with a BSc degree in Industrial Economics.

Priyanka Bhurtun is a Fund Controller, responsible for the financial reporting, financial control and the overseeing of financial operations of the Fitzwalter Funds. Previously she was a Fund Controller at the Macquarie Group, within the Asset Management Private Credit department in London. Ms. Bhurtun became an Associate Chartered Accountant in 2018 through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2022.

Belinda Wilcox has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance.  Ms Wilcox holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of New South Wales.
